Life Saving Tip on Miro
My operating system is Mac OS X.
I use Miro. (Democracy Player)
I add a password protected web page to Miro as a channel.
Miro asks for Username and Password.
I write.
Miro asks for username and password again due to web page’s server redirection.
Miro hangs up.
Miro stops responding.
I cannot enter any information nor able to operate Miro.
I have to “force quit” Miro.
Whenever I start Miro, same happens.
Problem: I cannot use Miro. I have to “force quit”.
Solution:
1. Download and run Mesa SQLite.
2. Open Miro’s database file. Database location: /Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/Miro/sqlitedb
3. Select dtv_objects table from the drop down list box named “”Table Name”.
4. Click “Last 1000″ button.
5. Select last 100 records.
6. Delete selected records.
7. Start Miro.
Problem is gone.
And…
Sometimes you have to find and delete latest channel’s video folder.
