No. There's only one selfishness and that's yours which controlled by your being. When you accept yourself with your needs; when you live yourself without a question mark, you're selfish. See, that's naturally a part of you, it's hardcoded in your being. When you aware of yourself, then you're free. But wait… What about others?
It's not your problem. Set them free. You don't have to believe anything. Second part is harder to achieve. Why? Feel the fear inside of you. That's the answer. If you've got right whatever you want to do, everybody can! Isn't it scary? Let it go… You won't live forever.
